I suggest that you just ignore them. Natural fruit sugars are not evil and putting a banana in your smoothie will not make you fat. Now, if you ate tons of bananas all day long, perhaps they might make you fat simply because of the additional calorie load, but that is true of any food.

Since I had been juicing for a week and had built up so much acid, I felt sick so I went ahead and went off the juice for a couple days and am getting ready to get back on track.
